CANCELLATION POLICIES

DAY PASS

  • Guests may modify their reservation up to 2 days before the scheduled date of the experience.

  • If the guest does not show up for the reservation, they must assume the full cost. If the reservation was prepaid, no refunds apply.

LODGING

More than 10 days before the service date*

  • Reservations may be rescheduled once only. The new date must be within a maximum of 3 months from the original booking date.

    Rescheduling is SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY and may generate additional charges due to rate differences, especially if the new date falls within the HIGH SEASON period (for more information, contact our support line; dates may change without prior notice).

Within 10 days of the service date, including NO SHOW*

  • If cancellation is requested for any reason, an invoice for the service will be generated.

  • If the reservation is partially canceled (fewer nights or fewer rooms), the guest must pay for the total number of nights and/or rooms originally booked but not used.

  • If the guest does not show up, they must assume the full cost. If they prepaid through any of our channels, they are not entitled to a refund.
